Acceptable Use Policy
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of Amazable and to everything you build, host or publish with it. It is part of our Terms of Service. If something is not allowed here, it is not allowed anywhere on Amazable.
2. Illegal activity
Do not use Amazable to do anything illegal, or to create, store or distribute content that is illegal where you or your audience are located.
3. Harm to people
Do not create or publish content that:
- sexualizes or exploits minors in any way;
- harasses, threatens or bullies anyone;
- promotes hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics;
- incites or glorifies violence or terrorism;
- shares intimate images of anyone without their consent; or
- publishes someone's private information without their permission.
4. Deception and fraud
Do not use Amazable for phishing, scams, impersonation or other deception, to distribute malware or other harmful code, or to send spam or unsolicited messages.
5. Infringement
Do not upload, generate or publish content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
6. Abuse of the service
Do not:
- attack, probe or disrupt Amazable or its infrastructure;
- bypass usage limits, rate limits or security measures;
- mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to building your project;
- scrape or harvest data from Amazable without permission;
- share your account or resell access to the Services; or
- use Amazable to build tools intended to violate this policy.
7. Enforcement
We may remove content, disable published sites or apps, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on the severity. To report a violation, see Report Abuse.
