Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Amazable is operated by Jicai, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Amazable", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. This policy explains what we collect when you use amazable.ai and our services (the "Services"), how we use it and the choices you have.

If you have any questions, email hi@amazable.ai.

2. What we collect

  • Account information. Your name, email address, profile details and login information when you create an account or sign in with a third-party provider.
  • Content you create. The prompts, code, files, projects and other content you upload to or create with the Services.
  • Usage and device information. How you use the Services, such as pages viewed and features used, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Payment information. If you buy a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive limited information such as your billing name, the last four digits of your card and the transaction status. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications. Messages you send us, including support requests and feedback.

3. How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate and improve the Services;
  • generate code and other output from your prompts;
  • process payments and manage your plan;
  • keep the Services secure and prevent fraud and abuse;
  • respond to your requests and provide support;
  • send you service notices, such as changes to our terms or policies; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Services, your consent where it is required, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. AI processing

To generate output, we send your prompts and related content to third-party AI model providers, which process it on our behalf to return results.

5. Who we share with

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, in these categories: hosting and computing, databases, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and AI model providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety and property of Amazable, our users or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the Services may not work without them. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

7. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After that, we keep it only as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and maintain security, and then delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, email hi@amazable.ai. We may need to verify your identity before we respond.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where we transfer information out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on legal mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email hi@amazable.ai and we will delete it.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date at the top.

If you have questions about this policy or our privacy practices, email hi@amazable.ai.
